Hi Tom Stratemeyer. Many of you questions and concerns can be answered by our Member Services team. You can call them at 1-800-345-4762. As far as the "Junior Member" title, that only refers to your membership here in the forum (because you just joined, you're a junior member of the forums). If it's been a while since you worked your Smart Living Company business, we strongly suggest calling member services so they can walk you through what's changed, and what's the same as you remember. Thanks, and have a great weekend.

After some thought and allot of time in building a website, Then having to go back and forth to mark items out of stock or change the item completely, I had decided to accept a package from eMerchant. I got the 100 items $19.95 Or Less. I also made the very hard decision to shut down the site I was building. I find it to be a much better deal getting the package and only having to see if there are any orders. I now have more time for my own marketing, email campaigns and other things. And being able to control the items on the emerchant website is very easy and not time consuming. I should be upgraded this weekend to the 50 items. The $19.95 package was going nowhere fast. I'm hoping this one will do the trick.

Carlos305, I used to have an emerchant site way back in the old days of SMC. I was thinking of getting one again however I work most weekdays so I don't have time to call them to find out the different levels and their prices. Do you happen to remember any of the prices? Have a great night and thanks for any help you can provide.

I have been in business nearly twenty years. I have been a member of SMC/SLC since 1997. I have my own website that I created before SMC/SLC started doing the websites. I also offer special services for the Blind/visually impaired. I make and sell Braille Greeting cards, Braille Playing Card and also do Braille Business cards. Having Braille on my business cards add a special touch for those with visual impairments or blindness. I am a Braille specialist for 22 years.

I am also considered a junior member and I have been a member of SMC/SLC since 1980.

I agree with you very much. I joined SMC in 1980 and you could figure your cost by dividing the retail price by 3 giving a reasonable rate of return. Now many items are priced much higher with the discount being 50% or less compared to the 33% we used to have. Market place is to competitive for many of the items now offered at these higher wholesale prices. Wholesale cost used to be 1/3 of retail - not any more.

                  Hi All,
Is there a way to e-mail a link for the World of Products e-catalog to a long distance customer who would like access to more variety than what I have on my website?
                  Thanks in advance,
                  Sue

Download the catalog from the SLC website to your computer, saving it as a PDF file then you can email it as an attachment.

littlelytle59, I did that, but the World of Products catalog is over 35 mb, too big to make into an attachment. I tried compressing it, but it only took it down to 33.3 mg. Max. for an attachment is 25 megs.......bummer! Any other ideas? I e-mailed SLC Monday, but no reply yet.

Here's what I told another member to try: what I have done in the past was to download the pdf then upload it to my Google Drive or my OneDrive and then shared that link with my customers. The link would show up like this in their email " https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resi...int=file%2cpdf " From there they can see your catalog. Hope that helps you out some.
